Common problems

The link does not work or the app says it is invalid
The link opens in the app, not in a browser. Copy all of it. In Hiddify: “+” → “Add from clipboard”. In Shtil: “Add key” → “Paste key from clipboard”. If the link is old, the server may have changed: get a new one on the key screen in the bot.
The app is on but nothing opens
Turn the app off and on again, this is usually enough. If not, take the second key on the key screen in the bot: it reaches the server by another road. Still nothing: change the country with the “🌍 Country” button on the same screen.
Slow speed or constant drops
A connection can hold while speed sinks: networks do this more often than they fail outright. Reconnect and try the second key, it often gets through where the first one stalled. If it drops several times an hour, tell us your device and network.
Works on Wi-Fi but not on mobile internet
Home internet and mobile networks take different roads. On mobile, what you send upward suffers most: voice messages, files, video calls. Pages still open, so the connection seems fine. Reconnect or take the second key.
It turns itself off
Battery saving is usually to blame: the phone puts the app to sleep and the connection breaks. Fix it once: settings, battery, our app, allow unrestricted use. A couple of seconds without internet when moving from Wi-Fi to mobile is normal.
The icon is there, but is protection on
The icon only says the app is running. Open a foreign site that shows your network address and remember it. Turn protection off and reload the page: if the address changed, everything was working. Russian sites are no use for this check, they go directly.
My bank will not open with the app on
Russian sites and banking apps go directly, nothing needs switching: this is built into our apps. In another app, such as Hiddify, get the subscription link in the bot. A single key line does not carry these rules.
How to install on a computer
Download Shtil for Windows or Mac at shtil.vip/get. The key is the same: copy the link from the bot and paste it into the app. A Mac will refuse on first launch: open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
A server disappeared or only one is left
Update the subscription in the app and the server list will arrive again. If it does not, copy the link from the key screen in the bot and add it once more, your paid time is kept. During the trial the connection goes only through the cloud, that is intended.
